Founded in 2019

With the everchanging world around us, there has been a tremendous decline in the mental health of our community. Many people young and old are suffering silently from depression, anxiety, and various other issues including PTSD and Bi-Polar Disorder. The growing need for validation and the lack thereof has caused many to take extreme measures to get the attention they so desperately desire. These measures come from past traumas and learned behaviors that have not been addressed and healed. 

Our vision is to create a safe space and moment to allow everyone to feel loved and appreciated and to promote the process of self discovery and healing through positive affirmation and community resources.
